Always been bad. If u don't like people, don't have a customer service job. Must be something wrong in mgmt here. Too bad. The docs are good. You guys are busy bc of quality docs in spite of horrific people skills. Don't take frustrations of ur work out on ur clients. They pay ur salary. If u don't like dealing with this level of clients then do something else. U need to change. Not us
