They take their time on getting scripts ready. Youwait at least 5-10 minutes for someone to answer the phones and the woman (not all) at front desk have serious attitudes. I love Monica my doctor but the front desk needs adjusted and they need to work on time management.
if i could give zero stars, I would, I went in for a foot injury and Doctor Robin told me there was nothing she could do to help me relieve the pain, other than ice, and told me to have a nice day and if the pain continues you should see another doctor!!!!! I am going to tell my insurance about this.
I feel truly blessed to have found Dr. Hewitt in 2015 to be my new PCP. He is a most caring and compassionate doctor and human being. He may be extremely busy and running behind, but he always listens and takes time to address any and all of my concerns and questions regarding my healthcare. I have always had anxiety about going to any doctor visits, but with Dr. Hewitt that is not an issue. Thank you Dr. Hewitt for being who you are and your wonderful help and concern.

I went to this facility today expecting to have a three hour wait and was pleasantly surprised! The service and care was excellent! Great people here too.
