The staff was good about calling and keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs. Once repairs were complete, J.R. explained the work that was done to the car and very patiently answered all of my questions. He included pictures of the repair process in a folder with all repair details and did a final car walk around with me. When I thought the hood looked slightly crooked, he politely adjusted it on the spot and made sure I was completely happy with everything before I drove it off of the lot.
