Outstanding staff and service. My go-to store for tires. One or two techs there own Jeeps, so they take great care with mine for balancing. (Mud tires can be difficult.) They also take great care of my wife when she takes her van for tire service. Great people, great company! I've purchased from Discount Tire for over 25 years!

Excellent customer service! My car battery died while my tires were being replaced - turns out the headlight switch was bad, and it was causing the brights to turn on with even the slightest touch. So, they were on throughout the entire service, and they drained the battery (which was about due for replacement anyway, so it didn't take much). Unfortunately, I had an appointment to get to, and no way to get there. Not only did they work hard to jump my car, but when those attempts failed because the battery was completely dead, one of the employees, Mike, actually offered to drive me down the road to my appointment so I didn't have to miss it. All of the guys here are friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to help me that day. I greatly appreciate it! The tire service was also fast, and I've had no issues whatsoever with them. Thanks again, guys!

There is so much i could say but i will start with a million thank you's!!!! I came in with a hole in my tire and was told it couldnt be repaired. I about had an anxiety attack trying to figure out what to do next! i dont have the funds to take care of this now! I cant remember the mans name who helped me but he came back 20 mins later saying they put a new tire on my car for me for free!!! I cant thank you enough!! I now feel at ease having my children in my car!! Thank you all so much!! I will send everybody i know to you guys!!! Thank you, thank you!! A million thank you's!! Thank you!
