I'm fairly new to the area and when you are a women, the hardest thing to find is a hairdresser and a mechanic. My sister suggested I go here and I must say, I am impressed. I had wonderful customer service and Shaun is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. Watching him interact with customers and having that ability to connect on a personal level is important to me, so I knew right away, I found my mechanic!!!
After they found the transmission went out on my wife's car, they gave us a free oil change next time we were in simply because of our cost which was not their fault. It is a great business and trust worthy. We will continue to be loyal customers!
I was incredibly last-minute in getting my breaks worked on before driving over to Illinois for Mother's Day and found these guys over by the YMCA. The staff was very friendly and worked well with me to stay within budget for both front and back breaks and rotars and not only did they get my car done same-day, but he found and patched a nail in my tire - good thing! Major props to these guys.
I recently took a used car to Advanced Automotive for them to take a look at prior to my purchase. They were very helpful. They were able to squeeze me into their busy Saturday schedule when the dealer wouldn't let me drop it off over night like we previously discussed. They went into a very detailed discussions with me on some of the things that could use fixing. It helped me a ton in the car buying process. They did this all at a great price too. I will be using them in the future.
