I went to drain and fill my transmission fluid but after I arrived home I checked the level and was low.
!!!!!!!!!! After the owner respond below. I did call three time and left a message and no one call me back.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only sweet talk and zero action
At this point I couldn’t trust them anymore. I went to a mechanic and we check the transmission fluid whit the Honda manual in hand and indeed was low.
Stay away from this dealer they are more interested in selling you an expensive repair than maintaining your car
Love going here. While I wait on my oil change, I go out looking at the newest cars. I like their waiting room. Roomy comfy seating w/ big flat screen. And you know what's going on with your car the whole time because there's another flat screen next to the TV that shows everyone's name and car and what status it's in. They also come out and check to make sure you're doing okay or need anything and you get a free car wash at the end from crew car wash
Very helpful people here! Bought my new Honda Civic from them and while I looked around at the HRV decided to stick with what I knew and go with a civic. They were patient and didn’t push anything on me either. They even stayed late to get my sale finalized. Also I’m actually excited to bring my car here for oil changes because they have a nice waiting area.

He was very accommodating, was never pushy, and completely understood that buying a certified minivan was a really large purchase. I had my Honda Civic Si for about 6 years and have taken it to Terry Lee Honda Avon due to it's convenience and friendliness of staff. If you're just getting a standard oil change, I have not had any issues, personally. (Though I had them call me in the past asking me to check if my car had the oil cap on, because they forgot to put it back on someones car.) The last couple times I went there, I had a my rear brakes serviced and after leaving the dealership, my hand brake was loose. I was upset that I had to go back to get it resolved, but they were professional and fixed it quickly at no charge. This week, I went for an oil change and was due to have my coolant replaced, and they told me according to their computer (and although it wasn't on the scheduled maintenance code), they had not done a power steering fluid service, or a brake fluid service. I told them to check the fluids and let know the result before I commit to that service. (I'm used to other dealers that would show you the fluids.) About 30 minutes later, he came back around and told me that they checked the two fluids, and that they were dirty, and needed to be replaced. He gave me a new work order to sign, I signed it based on his assessment. However, by the end of the service, he told me that they didn't need to do the Power Steering Fluid change because the Si model actually has Electronic Power Steering, not hydraulic, so no fluid is involved. He said it was a miscommunication. Maybe it was, maybe he didn't actually check, who knows. The last time I had the issues with the hand brake, I spoke with the Service Manager about not trusting the service techs and he said he would like to build back my trust. I tried calling him yesterday after I received the service but apparently he doesn't work there anymore. Unfortunately, Terry Lee Honda has let me down again. I have had other issues in the past and have given them multiple chances but they only have let me down. (Like a dispute when my Wife's car came back damaged after the service. Always do a full inspection of your vehicle before you take it in.) Up-selling me synthetic rather than conventional oil per Manufacturers Service Manual. (They said they don't stock conventional anymore and would have to go get it from somewhere.) Not doing the brake job properly (They admitted the mechanic didn't do the service properly and mistake was made, which happens.) And then telling me I needed power steering fluid when I don't even have power steering fluid. (Always ask to see the fluids so you aren't charged for something you don't need.) If I can help it, I'm never going to Terry Lee Honda for service again. Unfortunately, you just can't trust them for the occasional mistakes that you have to battle them about, or that they are doing things in your best interest and not to make money off of you.
I took the car back to them to check the fluid level. Surprisingly this is a Honda dealer and they don’t know how to check the transmission fluid according to Honda manual. Even after I showed the manual they still tell me that the fluid level is right below the lower mark and is fine.
