When I walk into the service area I always feel like everyone knows me. Very warm and friendly. I wouldn't go any where else. Brittany is the most personable team member I have ever encountered in a dealership service center. She is one of the biggest reasons I will always buy and service my vehicles at Andy Mohr. Also, there are two retired gentlemen who always take me back to work when I drop off my vehicle. I always enjoy the car ride. I feel like my grandfather is back with me. They both are so friendly and are an added bonus to my day!
Classic bait and switch, I'll be notifying BBB. I drove over an hour to purchase a car that I found on their website. Ad was for a black Camry LE $99/mo lease. When arrived salesperson said they only had one at that deal and it was blue. We waited for him to check his website to see advertisement we saw. Meanwhile the Sales Mgr checked on us. We told him of the trouble we were having and he said Salesperson was new but yes, deal was on any Camry LE. After test driving, we attempted to lease, price doubled. Then was told that they wouldn't honor the advertised price. Asked to speak to a manager and another Salesperson came out and said same thing. We showed them their website and he said Sales Manager was refusing to honor ad, said it was a "mistake." We asked to speak to Sales Manager and they refused, said manager wouldn't speak with us. These are the guys who give Car Salesmen a bad name.
Justin Spencer sold us our Toyota Tundra and we could not say enough great things about him. He was extremely knowledgeable and realistic with us when trying to find the best fit for our family. He was patient and kind and there for anything we threw at him. Once we found "the one" he made the process so simple and easy for us and we can't thank him enough! When we go to buy our next vehicle we will definitely be coming back to him and strongly suggest him for anyone looking for any type of vehicle. He is so knowledgeable about every car on that lot! My experience at Andy Mohr Toyota was 5-Star from start to finish. All the credit goes to Willy Pineda; make sure to ask for him if looking for a used car! He got me into my dream car for what felt like a very good deal for both sides. But Willy went above and beyond the call of duty, even sending me stuff I left in my trade-in a few days later. Everything he promised he followed through on. Then, during financing I worked with Herman who made a complicated situation such a breeze. Thanks for such a great experience and an even better car.
