A name I personally will not forget is PAT HURST sales manager at Andy Mohr Nissan - Definitely a good reason never to come back to this Andy Mohr NISSAN Dealership or even to buy a NISSAN period. It really hurts the Andy Mohr Brand too – I speak to a lot of people and word of mouth carries. This sales manager showed me what I would face going forward if I were to buy a Nissan. A lack of professionalism, low standard of ethics, and condescending tones are all things not needed by a guy selling cars.
Buying a car is hard enough but to deal with arrogant Managers like Pat Hurst is why everyone talks about car salesmen with negativity. Pat definitely accomplished getting me to talk about his sales style and bring up the Nissan name starting off with my only experience with Nissan because for over 20 years we have only bought Toyota's! I recommend if people are in the mood to buy a new Nissan to deal at another dealership that encourages higher ethics with their employees!
Everything occurred at the end of the deal after I had test drove and dealt for over 4 hours with a salesman/and assistant manager who came back with a final offer price to offer me (even wrote it on the paper) that we finally agreed on and I accepted - then to walk up to his high chaired counter, and be told NO I can’t do that. He just didn't say NO, the arrogance he said it with, make me feel that this guy I personally would never want affiliated with any business I own. As a small business owner I believe honest reviews are essential and this experience prompted me to take my time to help guide others somewhere else so they don't waste 3-4 hrs of their lives negotiating a final purchasing price of a new car only to finally go see the wizard behind the curtain in the end and be told NO that can’t happen and I can’t do that price. - I WALKED and WILL NEVER COME BACK.
I have never been as disappointed with a auto purchase as I am with the truck I purchased here. Left the lot the next day realized the heat didn't work. Then the exhaust pipe fell off a few weeks later. Went to get the first post purchase oil change and the skid plate bolts are stripped and will need to be cut off in order to change the oil. All of these should have been caught in the multipoint inspection. Obviously buying used has its troubles, but when you spend over $22,000 on a vehicle you expect more than this.
We had great service when looking at cars with sales person Jay Stephens. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars. They were very patient in working the numbers for our benefit in the cost and payments. I will definitely go back and ask for him when I need another car.
Our sales guy, Dwayne Heard, went above and beyond to help us find the car my wife wanted. He even drove us to other dealerships to test drive cars. The finance lady (can't remember her name) was fantastic. Very sweet and very fast and efficient. Of course the middle part was a typical car buying experience like any other dealership I have been to with the negotiating back and forth to get us to the point where we expected to be when we walked in. But that had nothing to do with Dewayne or the finance lady.
I was real nervous about car shopping cause Lucy has been my partner for 11 yrs. However, after spending some time and research with a great helping hand from my sales guy Harrison, I am driving home my first Rogue Sport
Tried to work with them on the first issue of the heater and they were less than helpful to say the least. Gave us the run around and tried to charge us almost $500. Used my own mechanic. Would never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone.
