I love the taste of their chicken. It has always been hot and good. I do wish it wasn’t so high priced but I indulge every now and then.
So I waited there for them to make it and had to tell him 2 times what my side's were.
Went in on a Tuesday evening at 7pm for my son's birthday dinner waited an hour in the lobby thinking they were cooking fresh chicken.
I'LL NEVER GO BACK!!!
BTW......you get 3 sides for a 16pc chicken , we asked for corn and got 1 piece.
Their chicken has just enough spice to be real good. Its a little greasy but good.
HORRIBLE.
Took 25 minutes after we ordered before they asked what it was we ordered. We watched several other individuals come in with complaints of getting wrong food and having the correct food given to them. The same food we ordered. Asked for a refund and they could not understand why we were upset. Maybe if the employee wasn't giving free food to who we suspect was family they could have gotten out order right and our future business. Never coming back again, even if it's for free food.
Went up at ask about it, cashier said "Oh, the other guy said he made it."
Are you all lazy? Or is just the night shift? I have come in several times and ordered the big family meal and gotten a mix of boneless and bones, not just at this location, but several locations in the Indy area. My young child doesn't like bones and will not eat meat with bones. How hard or inconvenient is it to substitute 2 boneless strips on a 12 piece meal? I was turned away tonight, and won't be back!
