Walt did a fantastic job with helping me find my first home! Walt was patient and worked very hard to get me into the right home. After about 5-6 showings he was able to show me a house that wasn't yet active to look at but he was able to get me in to look at it. I would high recommend Walt to anyone as a real estate agent!
Walt was great to deal with for my short sale. This short sale was a difficult process with the mortgage company. We almost had the buyer back away. Walt was able to get the buyer to wait a few more days for close to happen. He was a terrific advocate and go-between to get the house sold. I have already recommended him to others. He is currently listing a family member's house as well. I would gladly have him as a realtor for future transactions.
