Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I went in looking for ceramic tile and they actually talked me into something less expensive and more practical after learning what I needed it for. A much more enjoyable experience than a big box store like lowes.
Love this store. They know their product and don't try to up sell you. We went looking for laminate and was shown several different laminates in various price ranges so I could work within my budget. Installation was great. I went back a few months later and order vinyl plank for a den. I will always shop McCools first when looking for flooring or carpeting.
This rating is for the salesman (Brad in particular) and McCools in general. This is a family run business and a honest one. Brad was very knowledgeable and just wasn't trying to sell you on something. He let us look around and you can borrow samples for free if you return them. They want you to be happy w/ your purchase and that shows. We actually didn't buy a laminate because we wanted to save more and get a better quality floor. He respected that and they will have my business in the near future. A++
