My house was flooded and I went into the store several times with specific dates because my entire house had no floors.
Wow, is all I can say. So now I am without my floors being put down and I had to pay for contractors to be at my home with no work to complete all because no one in the store new where my 2200 sqft of flooring is with no regards of what I had going on. Just awful treatment and still haven't been apologized to or compensated in anyway.

We had a wonderful experience at the Avon location. It was quick and painless! Our salesman Daniel Relue was very helpful and knowledgeable about all items in their store! He helped us decide on quality and look for our home and what we were trying to accomplish. Instead of trying to just make a sale he took his time to ensure we would leave with floors we loved! Again great experience. Daniel also had a Christmas party he was running late for yet insisted we take our time to make a decision we were 100% happy with !
So ....Needless to say, no one called me to tell me that my floor( that is already paid for) can't be located and will now be here the MANAGER Debbie ( who is very rude and non chalaunt that the floor will get here when it gets here attitude) says before Thanksgiving...I had to call to find out why no one was at my house to deliver on Friday morning.
Came in with my mind set on one type of flooring but Dan helped my wife and I learn more about all of the options in the store in a friendly and instructive manner. No pressure environment focused on getting you the right option for your project. Will go back when we tear out the bathrooms!

The floor I wanted was out and needed to be ordered and before our purchase we were given specific dates (Will be here by 4 to 5 on Thursday or Friday morning at the latest).
This is what I was told by Dan the Salesperson that he says the Owner relayed to him. I was clear that I will have contractors at my home waiting on this floor to get it ready for laying.
