well it seem to be a nice place when martin ran it but with the new manager it seems like it lost all sense will kick you out in a heart beat allow there guys to not work on anything

Do not live here. I grew up in this neighborhood. From 1996-2013. I've seen almost all of the change in management and the newest owner, Doug Pelton, is awful. Extremely cheap and doesn't care about the condition of the homes.
I would suggest looking elsewhere.
