Got the water softener system from Greenwood, Indiana on SR 135. Installer for water softener was very courteous and kind. Very helpful in explaining the system to be installed. Started getting soft water right away after he did a recharge. Fantastic system for being installed in the garage and not a utility room. Couple of coworkers and friends have an aqua systems installed in their house for at 18 years minimum and have had no problems with them. Very efficient system for using the aqua system salt.
After several failed attempts to call other companies to get a quote on a new water softner I was referred to Aqua Systems. I'm glad I called them. Jason had great customer service and the process was quick and easy. Highly recommend!

UPDATE - After a bit of frustration working with several members at Aqua Systems, I am happy to report that prior issues that we had with our water softener and some damage that occurred as a result of the units failure have been resolved. Mike was instrumental in ensuring all our issues were corrected to our satisfaction and going above and beyond to make sure that we are happy with our new system and our faith was restored in Aqua Systems.
Very helpful staff. Filters are a little pricy, but overall not too bad.
