This will be the third trip for one prescription, which will add 48 miles to my odometer. I'm not getting enough back on discounted gasoline from Kroger to warrant many more of these empty promises.
Then I was told to pick it up on 12-29-2017. My wife stopped in only to find out it still was not available, and to check back on 12-30-2017.
The pharmacist seems to have no problems with delaying these. Good thing I have no life threatening issues, but where is the customer service and doing what is right for the customer?
I have had issues with this pharmacy not having some of my scripts ready when they say they will have them. My most recent problem with this location was to pick up my script on 12-27-2017, so when I stopped by on 12-28-2017, they did not have it, and said they had to order it in.
