This place is wonderful. After working with Cynthia my husband and I were able to find the perfect mattress for us. She really worked with us and had us try out as many mattress as needed to find the perfect fit. Between all of the different brands available and the professionalism of Cynthia we felt we picked the perfect place to find a new mattress.
Customer service is amazing! Went mattress shopping with my mother and Bob Moreno was our salesman. He was very patient as we tried out EVERY bed in the store and messed with their gadgets . We explained the back issues my father had and he assisted us in finding the perfect bed for both my parents. He extended discounts to us that we were unaware of which you generally have to ask for elsewhere. Very friendly, reasonable price. Bob also explained that they stand behind their mattresses- if it is not right for you, they take them back and help you find a new one! Highly recommend them.
Cynthia, salesperson at American Mattress in Avon, was very thorough in explaining the different kinds of mattresses to us. We had lots of questions and she answered them professionally but still in terms that my 91 yr old Mom could even understand! We visited another mattress store nearby and did not get any help or answers! Thank you American Mattress in Avon!
