Generally, a decent dry cleaner. I've had a couple of hiccups (lost item, alterations not done, etc.) but I've never NOT had that at a dry cleaner. All in all I'd recommend it.
Asked for creases on my pants and sleeves, they weren’t done on my pants, and the creases on my dress sleeves were incorrect. Never will go back to them, I have to fix what they did incorrectly. For the amount of money they charge, that shouldn’t have to be done.
I needed my suit cleaned and pressed before leaving town for my mother's funeral. The staff, Jessica in particular, were incredibly helpful and got my suit ready for me as quickly as they could. I am so grateful.
I needed my suit and shirt cleaned and pressed within a day. They did an excellent job on the suit. However, I received the shirt back with wrinkles on the left shoulder / chest area. So, while they did got the job done within the quoted time, unfortunately the work was not flawless.
worst cleaning job ever.they dont know how to iron.and my black suite look off white from burning the material .and on top of that they charge top dollar. Amazing how they are busy! (shaking my head)
