Gina's did such a great job! My fiancé got my engagement ring here and worked with consultants to get the perfect ring! We will definitely be going back when it comes time to select his wedding band. We could not be more pleased.
Guess my first clue they have shady repair should have been when all their testing and plotting equipment was broken ...and I wouldn't be able to tell if my stone is the stone that came back to me after repair...A big mistake on my part. Money has been spent and Lesson has been learned.
Also had to request my old gold back (head) since repair "required" new gold (new head) purchase.
Gina and her team managed to repair a ring that I'd chipped the stone and it had fallen out of its setting. She couldn't make me any promises, but it worked out BEAUTIFULLY. Plus, it was repaired so quickly. I'm so excited. And it didn't cost a fortune. Gina and staff have been hooking my whole family up with our jewelry purchases and repairs since our kids were little. Can't recommend her store more highly.
They are super nice people in this store...right up till they have to stand behind the workmanship of repairs, then they become nasty and refuse to stand behind their work. Simply refused to deal with me when I suggested that a repair that only lasted 7 days could be faulty workmanship...I was told my ring repair of over 200$ that only lasted 7 days was all me...
Your best bet at this store is just a simple purchase of in store items... Maybe.
Gina has gone above and beyond for me in all my purchases. I won't go anywhere else. Honest answers to questions and my fiance said her diamond looked like glass and shined in the dark. You can't beat the quality nor the customer service.
