This is my local Lowe's & I have been coming here since 2009.
The staff was attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. Hunter helped me find the right speciality key for the size i was copying and was friendly and pleasant as he helped me and made my keys. The other staff i saw smiled and offered help if needed. Great store.
We bought 4 kitchen appliances from the Avon Lowe’s. At the time we purchased them, we were given a two week time frame for install. It took over a month to get our appliances. The third party installers never called to schedule, the store couldn’t give me any info and kept passing me back to the third party, who wouldn’t return calls. They couldn’t do all the appliances in one day. The first dishwasher and fridge they brought were both dented. They were over an hour late for the oven. When they tried to bring the second fridge, the store never called to schedule and just assumed I’d be home. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Will never purchase from Lowe’s again.

Chris up here is awesome, I've bought 4 appliances through him and the customer service is nothing but the best, if you're trying to buy an appliance and want somebody to go to with the product and transaction go see Chris, and tell him I sent ya!!!
The customer service at the Avon Lowe's is the worst I've ever encountered at any Lowe's. Unless you know exactly what you want and where to find it, you're better off moving on. Employees seem to go out of their way to ignore customers. This has been my experience repeatedly at this store. I went there today to purchase a tool for my son for Christmas. The guy in the tool area completely ignored me while I searched for it, then once I found it I had to go ask him to retrieve it from what appeared to be a secure area. Keep in mind this was early in the day, the store was not busy. You would think I was really bothering him, he got my tool and just said 'here you go'. No thank you, have a nice day, nothing. The customer no-service is alive and well at the Avon Lowe's. I will go to the Brownsburg store or Menards before I will ever go back to the Avon Lowe's store.
