Kroger in Avon is a nice store with a built in Starbucks, great international section (lots of UK stuff!) and a full deli with good sushi. At peak times you'll wait for a checkout which is expected, though I do wish that more control was in place to prevent customers with huge carts full from using the self-checkout lanes, as this really holds up the lines.
This Kroger always seems to be well stocked and clean. They have a good produce section that is always well stocked. I love the u scan but it can be tough to find help with scanning something because the cashier running the u scan is off tasking. I definitely believe they should multi task so I don't know if there is a good solution for that.
Kroger used to have better quality food. They've taken a lot of the good stuff out. I also miss them being 24 hours. Would be nice to have a 24 hour pharmacy there because that is where I get my prescriptions. The pharmacy is very helpful!
Pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. I enjoy shopping hey because I save a lot of money and more savings at the fuel pump.
I'm sure the store itself is fine, but I won't go to it anymore because it is next to impossible to get a parking space. The lot is way too small and there is no courtesy shown by the other drivers there.
Overall though my family and I always have nothing but good trips to this Kroger and appreciate the friendly staff.
