We have had nothing but good experiences with Felds. They stand behind their work and have been very friendly. We wouldn't go any place else for our flooring needs.
Staff seems very rude. Called in and got a condescending remark followed by a hang up.
Trying to support a local business instead of a large corporation backfired. At least with a corporation you're able to get some customer service... to the local business they really don't care to make it right. I bought a roll of wallpaper for $20 on my very first visit there and when I brought it home it didn't quite match what I was going for. I called the next day and the lady was very rude saying I can't bring it back.. no kindness whatsoever. I asked if I could just get in store credit then and not even get my money back and she just said nope. Terrible business woman if you ask me because me coming back would have made them even more money.. and she hung up on me. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but this one needs to step it up with the customer satisfaction level. Won't be going back and will make sure to tell all my family who lives in Avon to never go there as well.
