I called from out of state to have flowers delivered for a Funeral. I arrived to the service and the arrangement was so beautiful and represented my "Marine Mom's" group just as I imagined. They did a great job. Thank you Janet.

The most, arrogant and rude folks I've had an opportunity to work with! I had a death in my family, the woman at the counter acted as if it was just to much trouble to assist me!! My family has used this shop for nearly 20 years!! Quality services are not their top priority!! Folks of Avon, you would be better served going somewhere else!!! There are many other caring and comforting shops to assist you in your time of grief!!! A CUSTOMER OF 20 YEARS, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
The Avon Florist just did the florals for my wedding, and everything was so beautiful and exactly what I had in mind. The staff was so helpful with my questions and changes, even the week before. I would definitely recommend them. The only negative comment would be that I didn't see them at all the day of which resulted in a little difficulty about where the different arrangements were.
Ordered flowers for my mother in laws birthday. I looked at arrangements on their website and then called and told them which one I liked. I picked them up the next day and was extremely disappointed. The flowers were very sparse and some of them were already browning and wilting. Another thing I was upset about is that they didn't do a full 360° arrangement, meaning you couldn't sit the arrangement in the center of a table and it look nice from any viewing angle. It had a back (which was ask of the greens and stems) and a front with the few and poor quality flowers. I've never ordered flowers from any florist (and I've ordered a lot) and has them only arrange half the the bouquet.
Extremely pleased with the sympathy flowers that we purchased. Possibly the best basket I've sent. I believe it was better than the picture.
