The wait here is longer than the slowest BMV. They had 2 associates helping out a family of 2 for over an hour and the other 3 associates were in and out of their break room constantly and toom on average nearly 45min to help a single person, even if it was for a simple request. By far worst ATT location.
Had wonderful service from Tyler. He did a fine job explaining the new phones and updated data plans. Got into an unlimited data plan and saved money.
I do not like being descended upon the moment I walk in the door. I realize it is important to secure your place in line, however, why can't there be a kiosk to self register? Also, while you are waiting your turn, the seating is woefully inadequate! My usual wait time has been at least 30 minutes, which is a long time to stand while unintentionally "eavesdropping" on other's conversations.
What a great shop! I always feel like I am well taken care of in AT&T stores and this one was no exception. The people that helped me were extremely helpful and solved my especially confusing and rare problem with ease and speed.
