It's quick and my car is adequately clean after one wash compared to hen i wash it at other similar car washes. Even more convinient if you have the unlimited washes package, you don't have to wait in any line any time. Staff are courteous and polite.
Paid for an ultimate, only got a basic no tire shine and it missed the bugs in front and passenger side dirt. Back is horrible. No wonder I cancelled my unlimited monthly pass, had the same thing happening all the time. Because I went across the street to Minards before noticing wasn’t entitled to a rewash. Disappointing - the one in Greenwood never gets it wrong.
I got the $16 this time especially for the Tire shine/Wheel Bright...I still had to purchase $2 additional towels the do the wheels and rims myselfm.
Always fast, efficient, amazing service and great washes. Lots of options and plenty of vacuums out back. Prices are a little steep in my personal opinion, but clearly lots of people think it's reasonable. And they always offer price breaks if you buy in bulk. So many locations.
However....There is a New Crew location in West Avon approx 3 miles further down US 36....brand new equipment and awesome vacuums with a blower tool for those hard to reach places. Its worth the 3 miles extra.
Good Carwash but busy at times with a long line. This is a former Mike's Carwash but has had some updates. This location now has an Express lane for those with a Monthly pass (which I have and highly suggest!) Overall good experience. (During non-peak hours)
