Crappy customer service. And I specifically have to dodge one teller in particular because she ALWAYS screws something up. And they want to try to stick you with hidden fees. Management doesn't care if you keep an account with them or not.
Very impressed with this branches staff. Stacy went out of her way to check on me when my father passed a few months ago. You can imagine how grateful and appreciative this kind act made me. They remember my name and always have a smile on their faces! This is why I switched banks after many years !
I have never had a problem with the Avon Branch friendly people, that seem happy to see me.
