I give this particular location a 3 star rating. I first learned about Jacks in Westfield, Indiana. The donuts there were so good I went to purchase donuts two days in a row. I came to the Jacks in Avon thinking if find the same consistency as the other location in Westfield only to find out it wasn't the same. As I walk in the service lady was rude. Then I didn't find the chocolate yeast donut holes or regular doubt. They did offer the chocolate yeast pretzels which cost more. By the end of my visit I spent 13 bucks on 12 donuts! When I took the tasters test I found out that I wasn't going to get the same melt in your mouth flavor the Westfield location had me wanting from Jacks.
This place is incredible! We are big Hilligoss fans and these are just as fantastic and MUCH bigger! They do not run out of the best kinds. Still plenty to choose from at 10am! And they are still warm and fresh! $12/dozen is NOT expensive for how ginormous these donuts are. The coffee choices are top notch, 2 organic choices, 1 dark roast, 2 flavored. Great to bring a group or large family and dine in. Staff works fast to fulfill orders. We love Jack's!
Delicious donuts I have ever eaten. They are very old in donuts business. No other branches is available of Jack's. I love their service they even offer a free cup of coffee. Great space for big groups. When you open the doors a smell will hit your nose. Highly recommended. For visitors this is a must try shop.
Went only because the gas station across the street was totally out of donuts. Got a dozen and husband had to spit up a chocolate cake donut because of how nasty and hard it was , and the cinnamon roll tasted like a normal glaze donut. Was not impressed for $12 a dozen. Tasted like leftovers from the day before . This is the first time going so hopefully I’ll tove them time and return to see if it is the same.
